1. Purpose

These Terms govern your use of the SumSum app ("Service").

2. Services

Casual puzzle gameplay without account creation. Leaderboard data (nickname/scores) is stored via UGS. Ads are served via AdMob.

3. User Conduct

No reverse engineering, cheating, automated access, or rights infringement. Inappropriate nicknames may be moderated; we may edit/remove scores or restrict access in case of abuse.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights to the app and content are owned by the developer. Use is limited to personal entertainment.

5. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or policies.

6. Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for interruptions, errors, data loss, security incidents, or third-party services/ads. This does not limit liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence where such limitation is prohibited.

7. Changes / Suspension

We may modify or suspend parts of the Service with prior notice where reasonable.

8. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.

We will announce updates in-app or on the store page.
