1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using One Luck, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this service.

3. Social Casino Disclaimer (No Real Money Gambling)

1. This game is intended for entertainment purposes only.
2. No Real Money: You cannot win real money, cash prizes, or any items of real-world value from this game.
3. Not a Training Tool: Success within this game does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

4. Virtual Currency and Items

1. All in-game Gold, Tickets, and Items are virtual goods and have no real-world monetary value.
2. These items are non-transferable and non-refundable.
3. The developer reserves the right to manage, regulate, and modify virtual items at any time.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use cheats, automation software (bots), or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the game experience.

6. Limitation of Liability

The developer shall not be liable for any loss of virtual currency or data caused by app uninstallation, device failure, or service interruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights to the app, UI, logo, images, code, sounds, and content belong to the developer oandh.

8. Service Modification or Suspension

The developer may, with prior notice, modify or suspend part or all of the Service for operational reasons.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and the Developer shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

Nothing in these Terms shall deprive you of the protection afforded to consumers by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence.

10. Amendments

Changes to these Terms will be announced within the app or on the store page.
