Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Use set forth the rights and obligations of users regarding the use of the My Filter application ("Service").

Article 2 (Service Overview)

1. The Service is a paid camera and photo-editing application.
2. It can be used without registration, and all data remain stored on the user's device.
3. Payments are processed through App Store / Google Play.

Article 3 (User Obligations)

1. Users shall not reverse-engineer, modify, distribute, or illegally copy the software.
2. Users must not infringe upon others' portrait, copyright, or privacy rights when using the camera.
3. Users must comply with applicable laws and these Terms.

Article 4 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All rights to the app, UI, logo, code, filters, sounds, and content belong to the developer oandh.

Use is permitted only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Article 5 (Payment & Refunds)

1. All purchases and refunds are handled by the respective store (Apple / Google).
2. The developer does not process refunds directly.

Article 6 (Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability)

1. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
2. The developer is not liable for loss of data, device malfunction, compatibility issues, or user errors.

Article 7 (Service Modification or Suspension)

The developer may, with prior notice, modify or suspend part or all of the Service for operational reasons.

Article 8 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.

Article 9 (Amendments)

Changes to these Terms will be announced within the app or on the store page.
